NON-EXCLUSIVE INSTRUMENTAL LICENSE AGREEMENT(CONTACT ME TO PURCHASE EXCLUSIVELY)
This Non-Exclusive Instrumental License Agreement
1. Instrumental Description
The instrumental composition entitled “[Beat Title]” (“Instrumental”) is the sole property of the Producer.
2. Grant of Rights
Producer hereby grants Artist a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record vocals over the Instrumental and create one new musical composition (“Song”).
This license allows Artist to:
Record and distribute the Song
Perform the Song live
Distribute the Song digitally and physically
Use the Song for promotional purposes
Producer retains full ownership of the Instrumental and may license it to other parties.

3. Credits
Artist agrees to credit Producer as follows wherever credits are displayed:

4. Publishing
Producer retains 100% of the publishing rights to the Instrumental.
Artist retains 100% of the publishing rights to the newly written lyrics and vocal melody.
5. Restrictions
Artist may not:
Claim ownership of the Instrumental
Resell or sublicense the Instrumental by itself
6. Ownership
Producer retains all ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights to the Instrumental.
